1. Can I participate in the contest if my country is not listed in the official rules?

Yes, you may participate with entries in the contest, however, the participation of the winner on the night of the event might be forfeited if the participant does not live in one of the listed countries. The reason for this is the impossibility of finding suitable transportation for the winner, or the war status of the country the participant lives in.

2. Why is not my entry listed yet

There is a person checking the validity of each entry that is published on the official contest page. It usually takes a few minutes to see your entry posted, but usually you will be notified by e-mail when it is done. Please keep in mind that the staff assigned to this contest are working standard business hours, from 9 am to 5 pm, from Monday to Friday. If you have posted your entry outside these hours, it will be processed the next working day.

3. Am I allowed to edit the entry I have just posted?

The answer is yes. You may edit your creative entry as many times as you wish. It just has to be posted within the contest open for entries; otherwise, it will not be taken into account. Please keep in mind that the voting process might be affected by the entry you have submitted, so make sure you do not publish any material that you don’t want others to see.

4. When does the selections process start?

The selection process starts the next business day after the contest has closed its deadline. The deliberation time is individual for each contest, so please check it there.

5. How are the finalists awarded?

The voting of the winners is subject to each contest. Sometimes it might be the staff, public voting, or the official team who decides on who wins.
